I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and Laura is by far the best yoga instructor I’ve ever had. Each week I find that I plan my work and obligations around her yoga class whenever possible. She infuses class with work on our meridians, chakras, meditation, and consciousness which really draws me in, grounds me, and attunes me to my body + spirit. Laura is simply the best yoga teacher I’ve come across in over 30 years of practice. Her knowledge of Yin Yoga is deep and is evident in her clear instructions, and her ability to adapt the class to individual or group needs at a moment’s notice. Laura offers multiple versions of every pose and encourages experimentation by reminding us that we can do more, do less, or do something different than usual, just to see where it takes us. In addition, she infuses class with beautiful meditations, visualizations, and poetry, and educates us about the energetic effects of the sequences and poses we are practicing.
